Officers were able to seize almost $300,000 in illegal cannabis products after a traffic stop this week, according to Henderson Police.
Officer Rodrigo Pena said in a statement that members of the Southern Nevada Heroin Task Force were “conducting proactive enforcement” on Boulder Highway between Sunset and Warm Springs roads on Tuesday, May 15.
As a result of the enforcement, officers conducted a vehicle stop, which led to an investigation that found marijuana products were being sold illegally from a home on the 800 block of Sheerwater Avenue in Henderson.
